• Work with MSPACO to help grow the interior design business as an enabler for growth in our design capability in Singapore 3D Visualization, 3D Rendering, 3D Animation, 3D Studio Max, 3D, Project Management, Rendering, Residential Design, design concept, Architectural Drafting, Client Presentation, AutoCAD, Team Player, Tender Management, Tendering, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop.
• Carry out work plans for each project, managing creative and technical design delivery.
• Day to day responsibility for developing design concepts, based on the programming requirements and budget parameters and coordinating project documentation.
• Preparing construction and furniture drawings and specifications.
• Reviews and/or develops specifications. Lead by example and model behavior consistent with the company's values. Perform other related duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma or degree in Interior Design/ Architecture, or equivalent
• Proficient in coohom (Kujiale). Proficient Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, & Autocad. Good Design sense, creative and can do basic detailing. Possess a flair for creativity and a keen eye for detail
• Experience with workplace interiors. Experience with FF&E. Experience with interior design specifications. Relevant Design and build project experience. Experience with Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketch-UP and Adobe Suite. Advantageous to be proficient in 3D Studio Max

We are seeking a skilled 3D Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the realization of captivating and immersive experiences in the world of events, exhibitions, and luxury endeavors.

Your areas of focus will be:

• Ideate, conceptualize, and design proposals that meet client objectives and push creative boundaries
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project briefs and objectives, ensuring alignment with client expectations
• Create initial design sketches and develop computer-generated 2D and 3D visualizations that bring concepts to life
• Produce accurate technical drawings for construction purposes, ensuring feasibility and precision in execution
• Attend regular meetings with the creative team to discuss project progress, share ideas, and seek feedback
• Work closely with the in-house production team to ensure the seamless execution of designs and deliver high-quality output
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating excellent time management skills and meeting tight deadlines
• Display initiative, working both individually and as part of a collaborative team. Propose design solutions that not only meet but exceed client briefs, demonstrating creativity and innovation
• Maintain workflow according to project schedules, ensuring that various tasks and deadlines are met consistently

You will need:

• At least 2 years of related experience in 3D design for events, exhibitions, build, or luxury projects
• Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for interior design and luxury aesthetics
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup, 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, V-Ray, etc.
• A strong sense of composition, realism, texture, color, lighting, and unwavering attention to detail. Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Understanding of clients’ requirements with ability to execute effectively and efficiently In-depth understanding of the events and creative industry, current trends, and emerging technologies
