NielsenIQ Retailer Vertical (RV) simplifies and streamlines collaboration between retailers and suppliers by providing a shared platform with advanced tools.

In this role, you will engage with modern trade retailers in FMCG and Tech & Durables sectors, managing relationships with key stakeholders. You will also support a retailer servicing team to maintain data cooperation and service a portfolio of modern trade retailer clients. This position is instrumental in driving client satisfaction, growing the client base, and achieving financial and operational objectives.

Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Identify areas of business opportunity and growth for the business unit
• Maintain and further foster relationships with current/ future clients at all levels and functions to identify opportunities for incremental product/ solution sales
• Contribute to new business initiatives and participate in the development and launch of new services

Financial Management

• Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery and productivity targets as well as other related business development objectives as assigned
• Monitor the actual financial performance against budget / forecast and ensure the implementation of appropriate actions that will led to the achievement of the financial targets
• Ensure proper pricing and contracts are completed and approved according to company & policies and guidelines

Client Servicing

• Implement plans that will contribute to maximum client satisfaction and ensure continuous profitable and business growth
• Ensure client service standards are implemented and enhanced as client expectations continue to evolve and change in the marketplace
• Be part of the retailer servicing team with the primary responsibility of expanding our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvement
• Ensure adherence to the company policies on business conduct/ ethics when servicing clients are being observed by the entire division

Client & Peer Management

• Contribute and support a strong team environment focused on exceeding internal and external client requirements
• Support & engage both Accounts Development and Customer success team members and be the voice of the client to provide feedback in order to drive the overall client success

Responsibilities

• Must be able to handle Full Set of Accounts independently for 3 companies
• Handle accounts receivable and issue invoices timely
• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, maintain records & data entry
• Perform month-end closing
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monthly/annual stock count
• Compile and analyse financial information for Manager review
• GST preparation & submission
• Familiar with the use of AutoCount system
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience with full sets of accounts
• Good knowledge of accounting concepts and double entries

About the role

Crown Equipment is currently seeking an individual to join the Sales Team based in our Singapore Branch Office as a Territory Executive.

As a Territory Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the market reach by building and maintaining customer relationships. You will also exceed the sales budget in a specified territory by managing existing clients and sourcing new business in providing Material Handling Solutions.
