• Consolidate PR outreach for all campaigns + Paid Media via Lefty / Radarly Platforms

Operational/Regional Communication:

• Be the interface between global marketing and markets to ensure promotional support (gift sets, gifts with purchase, products with purchase) are aligned with market needs.
• In charge of sending the weekly newsletter to Markets after consolidation with all regional parties.
• In charge of preparing the monthly newsletter to HQ.
• Competitor Activity Tracking / Price & Promotion monitoring on offline/online platforms.
• Any other ad-hoc report preparation.

Your Impact

You are involved in supporting the launch of our new HR system. You play a key role in the logistical and operational aspects of the implementation process.

Your Mission (Main Responsibilities)

Administrative Support

Assist with scheduling project meetings, taking minutes, and distributing agendas. Help maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, reports, and correspondence related to the system implementation.

Data Management

Support data entry efforts as part of migrating information from old systems to the new HR system.

Perform data checks or audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of information within the new system.

User Training Assistance

Coordinate training sessions by organizing venues, materials, and equipment.

Help with creating user manuals or guides for reference post-training.

Communication Coordination

Help in drafting communications regarding changes due to the new system launch.

Distribute relevant updates or instructional materials throughout different departments.

Technical Liaison

Provide initial troubleshooting support for basic issues encountered by users.

Escalate complex issues to the HR or IT department where necessary.

Reporting Assistance

Generate simple reports as needed post-implementation for various HR functions.

Assist with analyzing report data when requested by management.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to clients’ enquiries via walk-in and phone
• arrange and conduct interviews with employers and maids
• achieving sales target and after sales follow-up
• handle administrative work pertaining to clients
• comply with MOM rules and regulations

Requirements:

• possessed CEI (Basic) Certificate & computer knowledge

• 6 day off monthly (mon-fri 11am to 7.30pm; sat sun 11am to 6pm)

Job Responsibilities

This position reports directly to the Executive Director and works closely with the Senior Management in organisational development and compliance matters.

1) Organisational Development

• Work on proposals for organisational development, transformation, change and improvements: including research, and developing new ideas, concepts and structures for change to improve organisation effectiveness and efficiency
• Manage the implementation of approved proposals to effect organisational development, transformation, changes, and improvements, including related processes
• Establish documentations with regards to changes in operations, structure and work processes resulting from organisational development, transformation, changes and improvements

2) Compliance matters

• Management of governance compliance issues within the organisation
• Management, follow-up and co-ordination of matters related to internal and/or external audit
• Management of internal and external communications of the organisation
• To assist in various management issues as directed by the Executive Director
• To provide secretarial support at key corporate meetings, including Board Meetings and various Board Committee Meetings

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business
• Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in Social Services industry
• Meticulous, analytical and with excellent business writing skills
• Good stakeholder management and organisational skills, strong problem solving and follow up skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Experience in change management and / or compliance matters will be advantageous
