PURPOSE:

As our IT Operations Support Executive, your role is pivotal in ensuring stability, security and performance of our end users across APAC and regional entities. You will collaborate with local and regional technology teams to implement, maintain and optimize endpoint solutions to our staffs. Role Summary

This role entails the oversight of brand sales KPI and category management within Singapore. It involves managing relationships with suppliers located overseas, specifically in China, Europe, and the USA. There will be regular meetings, both online and face-to-face. This includes facilitating training sessions, coordinating meetings, and hosting lunches for visiting suppliers in Singapore.

Role Description

• Primary responsibility is to manage supplier brands originating from China, Europe, and the USA, overseeing their sales and product categories including dry food, wet food, treats, toys and accessories. Have continual collaboration with suppliers on new product introductions and product discontinuations to accommodate new products.
• Competitive price checks are essential to ensure our pricing remains competitive in the market
• Regular meetings online and offline to update suppliers on sales performance, fostering strong relationships
