WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Brainstorm creative marketing ideas and execute performance-driven campaigns

The role focuses on managing sales strategies, enhancing customer experience, executing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:
• Implement sales strategies to optimize product listings and drive revenue on Shopee, TikTok and Lazada
• Monitor performance metrics and run promotions to enhance visibility and sales.

Customer Experience & Fulfillment:

• Provide quality customer service through the platform.

Livestreaming & Content Engagement:
• Assist in planning livestreaming sessions to promote products and engage customers.

Competitor & Market Research:
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and new strategies.
• Assist with market research to stay ahead of the competition and adapt e-commerce strategies accordingly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, inventory, customer service) to execute e-commerce and marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of e-commerce operations and infrastructure.

Qualifications:
• Education: Diploma in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creation & Social Media Executive

to join our eco-friendly home cleaning brand. As a Content Creation & Social Media executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing social media content to promote our brand, engage with our audience, and drive awareness and sales. You will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, fostering community engagement, and staying up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Research and generate content scripts weekly
• Film, edit, and publish contents (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
• Manage all social media platforms of the brand (TikTok, Instagram and Facebook,.. etc).
• Audit and analyse social media presence, content engagement, following, analyse social trends and data
• Tracking social media KPIs to measure success of content and social media campaigns
• Assist in ad hoc projects and social media management for the business campaign/unit.

Job Requirements:

Fundraising Responsibilities:

• Execute all fundraising plans such as direct mail appeals, grant applications and fundraising campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative programmes and projects that resonate with donors and encourage their participation.
• Create compelling social media content to promote fundraising initiatives, generate interest, and drive donations.

Volunteer Management Responsibilities:

• Keep track of all donation platforms including access identifications and passwords.
• Ensure all data entry are up to date on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for ease of exporting figures when needed.
• Filing and organising both digital and printed documents.
• First point of contact for donors and volunteers.
• Co-ordinate corporate volunteers’ requests, from start to finish mainly as follows:

1. respond to enquiries on volunteer sessions available with on-going programmes such as PHW (Project HomeWorks), URD (Unlitter Red Dot), and any other upcoming volunteer programmes.
2. communicate with Programmes Department colleagues to schedule and confirm volunteers’ sessions
3. data input of corporate information on CRM and update accordingly
4. arrange issuance of invoices and receipts
5. meet with volunteers before and after sessions whenever necessary and possible
6. compile feedback to improve internal processes
7. send post session thank-you note
