The Administrative Executive supports daily business operation in the office.

This individual requires to be a team player that work cohesively with other colleagues and provides essential support to executives, managers, and other office personnel. Their duties typically handling correspondence, handling of billings, putting up purchases and performing a variety of clerical tasks. Expected that job tasks will be rotated every few years to ensure executive are familiar with various tasks within the office.

• Office Suppliers / Asset ManagementTrack, check, replenish and make purchase arrangement
  Support managers/executive to raise purchase requisition

  Assist with Telco subscription / termination
  Assist projects documentations / job opening / amendments
  Perform raising of banker guarantee, billings (Credit notes if needed)
  Others ad-hoc administrative duties when assigned

Responsibilities:

• Candidates will be trained to build, grow and serve customer accounts to achieve established sales targets and management objectives.
• Handling Sales Enquires, Generate Quotation, Product/Solution Presentation, Addressing Customers’ Requirements
• Customer Account Management
• Attend exhibition and Seminar participation
• Explore new markets/ industry and expand customer base.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in telecommunications/fiber optics or any related field

- Assist in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles to parents
- Coordinate & arrange 1st tuition lesson between client and tutors
- Assist with day-to-day Admin and Operations of company
