Cash and Liquidity Management

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and execute fundraising strategies to acquire, nurture, engage and retain donors. Research and implement new initiatives to increase donor database and income.

10. Increase yield of digital marketing channels.
11. Build and grow database year on year.
12. Prepare database for the mailing of all appeals, PIC newsletter, event invitations, annual reports, desktop calendars, electronic mailers and other mailing as and when required.

The Early Intervention Programme for Infants & Children (EIPIC) division helps equip children with motor, communication, social, self-help and cognitive skills. THK Development Support and Learning Support Programme (THK DS-LS) is a community-based intervention programme for K1 and K2 children with mild learning needs. We provide short-term support to children in their preschools in order to optimise their learning as well as increase their participation and integration in daily classroom activities and routines.

Job Description:

• Work onsite to perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls, mailing and filing of documents, and collection of school fees.
• Assisting in the compilation and verification of attendance records for billing purposes.
• Participate and preparing for case notes for Case Filter Meetings, take notes and maintain good record keeping
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports for governing agencies, collate information and submit government means-test applications
• Performing the necessary updates on SSNET (e.g enrolments, discharge/graduations)

Job Description

1. Provide administrative support to teachers in the planning and delivery of Co-Curricular Activities (CCA), Values-in-Action Activities (VIA) and Direct School Admission (Sports) in a timely and organised manner
2. Update students' records for CCA, VIA and Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and collate data accurately for simple department reports to assist in analysis for CCA Allocation, LEAPS system, VIA and PFT results
3. Provide administrative and procurement support to teachers in the management of coaches/instructors contracts and renewal process
4. Provide support for logistics and inventory management of equipment and resources

The Marketing & Communications Executive will support the Regional Marketing & Communications Manager in coordinating and executing 360-degree marketing strategies for the region. Responsibilities
