Role Overview:
As a Project Executive, you will assist with project coordination, client management, visa applications (EP, PR), research, office management, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities, and general administrative tasks.
• Familiar with the submission of government-related documents, such as EP applications, PR submissions, tax-related documents, and other processes.
• Liaise with clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Support immigration investment projects and manage timelines.
• Research immigration policies, client needs, and market trends.
• Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing files.

Requirements:

• Singaporean/PR preferred.
• Diploma/Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of visa applications and school registrations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Class 3 driver’s license (advantageous).

Administration Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide full support to Business Development Officers
• Liaise with companies in financing matter (B2B)
• Evaluate all Loan Applications
• Credit management
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder (0-2 years). Those with Account/ Finance background is beneficial. Training will be provided.

• Daily bank account management (download bank statements and update to excel schedule).
• Ensure timely and accurate billing of invoices.
• Monthly payroll processing.
• Update MYOB system.

· Assists with administrative assignments for client when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mass Communications/Marketing/Public Relations.

• Open to entry level candidates and those with 1-2 years of professional public relations other comms related role.

• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite of products.

• Strong language command; possess excellent writing and editing skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organised and systematic; ability to adhere to deadline.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders and handle organisation’s learning and development needs
• Develop organisation’s overall learning plan and conduct learning needs analysis
• In charge of annual training budget
• Source and handle external partners regarding learning and development matters
• Develop and update employee orientation materials
• Conduct employee orientation
• Monitor employee training calendar and coordinate internal and external training programs
• Gather post training feedback and monitor effectiveness of training programs
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in HR or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development and HR Operations
• Strong ability in handling confidential and sensitive information
• Possess excellent communication skills and able to communicate well with stakeholders
