Job Description

• Liaise with insurer and employees on insurance matters and support in yearly insurance renewals.
• Handle submission of employee insurance and medical claims
• Administer Career Conversion Programme (CCP), including programme structures, stakeholder management and project operations
• Work with departments and CCP participants on registration and monitor the progress, include claims submission
• Participate in HR related projects, company events and development programme.
• Contribute to the organization of employee engagement activities.
• Implement C&B Programs, assist the Head of HR to manage the organization’s compensation structures, benefits packages, and incentive schemes to ensure market competitiveness
• Salary Benchmarking and Analysis, conduct regular salary benchmarking to stay competitive within the industry. Analyze market data and adjust pay structures as necessary
• Assist in preparation for human resources management or development policies and processes
• Assist in monthly HR reporting, including compilation of monthly HR statistics, prepare Senior Management Meeting report, Board Paper, Annual Report and Sustainability Report
• Assist in maintaining HR records and databases

Job Requirement

• Diploma in HR Management
• Min 3 years of working exeprience in HR genalisit role
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proven experience in HR with a focus on compensation, benefits, and/or career development
• Proficient in HRIS, MS Office suite, including Excel and PPT
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Job Description

• Support buddy system within the team on day-to-day operational handling.
• Manage trucking activities to fullfill customers' delivery requirement.
• Deploy Prime Mover drivers to perform trucking activites.
• Ensure all drivers follow and perform safety checklist and requirements at all time to achieve zero accident.
• Monitor truck and delivery status to optimize resources.
• Ensure all Prime Mover drivers are aware of specific customer requirements.
• Perform CMS / CTR booking.
• Knowledge of Portnet and shipping document.
• Liaise with workshop on vehicle repair / routine servicing.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assisgned by the Management.
