Position Title: Account Manager
Working Location: Senoko
Working Hours: 6 days (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,500 + AWS + Bonus + Transport Reimbursement
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, including NTUC and Sheng Siong.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the retail and supermarket sectors.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance product offerings.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals successfully.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Handle ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
Experience in account management, ideally within the retail or FMCG sector (experience with NTUC and Sheng Siong accounts preferred).
Strong communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proven track record in managing key accounts and developing long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to manage multiple client accounts and ensure prompt follow-ups.
Previous experience in the fruit supply industry is a plus.
