About the role

As a Strata Management Accounts Executive at Knight Frank, you’ll take ownership of handling multiple sets of accounts, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with an accounting background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

What you will be doing:

• Handling full sets of accounts across multiple portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Preparing monthly financial and management reports, and bank reconciliation within stipulated deadlines.
• Preparing audit schedules and addressing auditor queries for annual statutory and audits.
• Preparing quarterly GST submissions to IRAS.

We’re looking for someone who’s:

• Qualified in accounting, with at least 2 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates are welcome to apply!).
• Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel and Word, with familiarity in accounting software as a plus.
• Meticulous and responsible, ensuring accurate accounting records
• Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and operate independently.
• A team player with a positive attitude and interpersonal skills.

1) Managing of operations for client - Nomination from Financial Institutions (FIs) on platform, processing booking requests

2) General enquiries from FIs (Settlements, System enquiries)

3) Manage overseas Financial Institutions Transaction Fees Recovery

4) Reports processing – Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Yearly and yearly declarations

5) Invoice verification – Monthly SWIFT invoices, fees recovery

6) Arranging of Meetings and provide logistical support
