• Maintain the volunteer database.
• Support the timely preparation and analysis of reports.
• Assist and support the promotion and delivery of service excellence initiatives in the hospital.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Tertiary qualification preferably in Community Engagement, Events Management, Hospitality or equivalent.
• Preferably with volunteer management experience in a Non-Profit Organisation.
• Passionate about delivering and ensuring excellent stakeholder experience in a healthcare environment.
• Strong communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful, adaptable, analytical, organised with attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
