The Senior Operations Support Executive (OSE)/Assistant Manager (AM) assists in nonclinical administration and support operations to manage the Care Home facilities and a team to run daily administrative, operational, logisitics, maintenance, safety and security activities required to deliver the required resident services to the healthcare team and residents of the Care Home. Responsibilities and Duties:

Learning Administration:

· Coordinate the training logistics and implementation of training programs

· Manage registrations and communicate with participants to ensure smooth sign-ups and participation

· Manage pre-training administration such as venue sourcing and refreshments

· Assist participants with queries and handling billing and invoicing arrangements

· Coordinate learner registration and attendance tracking

· Collate feedback and prepare evaluation reports

· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for publicity of training courses and logistical support

· Consolidate data to monitor take-up and completion rates for training programs

· Manage learner record database

· Provide administrative and logistical support for in-house and external training initiatives

Stakeholder Management:

Job Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree with minimum 2 years’ experience in Learning Administration, Project Coordination, Operations Support or Education Support

· Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and yet able to work independently when required

· Prior experience in an administrative role and/or in the healthcare sector will be an advantage

Job Description

• Source for new corporate accounts, including SME, MNC, Independent Contractors, and Fleet Operators
