ABOUT THE ROLE

You will support the Programmes and Services Department in various administrative, logistical and partnership work at EQUAL as a Programmes & Services Executive.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Owning CRM-related channels (eg. Newsletters, Marketplace Inbox, SMS, etc)

• Min. diploma/degree in Business or Marketing related fields

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools (eg. Tableau, DataStudio, etc) is a plus
• Experience in photoshop or any design tools is a plus

As a Clinic Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide operations and administrative support to the department
• Help with ordering and tracking investigatory tests to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Ensure documents are accurately and promptly updated in clinic systems and managed at the front desk
• Follow up on every patient’s full cycle at the clinic

As a Case Management Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Working with Medical Social Worker in assessing, evaluating, planning and coordinating resources and services for residents.

• Monitor the bed occupancy rate and ensure that it aligns with the admission Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Nursing, Social Work or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in community healthcare settings in Singapore.
• Good knowledge of the geriatrics and community services.

As a Finance Executive (Financial Management), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop the annual budget and create regular financial projections.
