Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and compliance with regulations.
• Serve as the primary liaison regarding work passes and immigration matters.
• Handle daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide assistance during weekends and public holidays to resolve urgent work pass issues or other administrative matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative roles, with a focus on work pass applications.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and online application portals (e.g., MOM’s Work Pass System).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to be on standby during weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods or emergencies.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Update invoices and other accounting documents or records.

· Update and maintain accounting records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).

· Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.

· Reconciles records employees and management, or external vendors or customers.

· Maintenance of worker payroll including the calculating of CPF and generating of payslips

· Monitoring the accounts receivables and payables to ensure that all invoices are paid on timely basis

· Preparing checks, deposits.

Requirements:

· Need to work from 1pm to 830 pm daily to meet staff who started work after 6pm for their payroll issue

· Experience as accounting executive

· Knowledge of Payroll is advantages

· Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.

· Organized and efficient with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to IT requests according to defined SLAs, and provide Level 1 and 2 support to end users, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving end-user reported issues
• Deploy, manage, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other related hardware and software
• Take responsibility of desktop administration activities and support assigned applications; including maintaining the inventory of the company’s assets
• Monitor IT related license renewals and make appropriate recommendations to the stakeholders for effective solutions
• Work with the IT team to provide assistance with data storage and security management, document management and database management
• Provide support for day to day IT infrastructure requirements
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders of the firm while providing well-informed advice pertaining to technical or security topics
• Maintain good communications with vendors and to be able to breakdown the technicalities presented by the vendor

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably a professional service firm, is required for this position.
• Specialised in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal skills; strong team player
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and willingness to go above and beyond
• Organized, thorough and meticulous
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Well versed with management of applications for video conferencing (eg. Zoom, MS Teams) and document conversion tool (eg. Adobe Acrobat)
• Experience with on premise server infrastructure and well versed with management of Microsoft Active Directory Service, Printer server management, File server management and Microsoft Exchange server management will be a plus
• Additional experience such as with cloud hosting platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Service will be advantageous
