Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Store Crew to join our team at our vibrant KKV store in Central, Tiong Bahru. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets through effective sales support.
• Assist customers with inquiries and purchases, providing excellent customer service.

Customer Service:

• Actively engage with customers, understanding their needs and providing assistance.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming shopping environment.

Product Handling and Quality Control:

• Regularly patrol assigned areas, checking product expiry dates and quality.
• Ensure sufficient stock on shelves and replenish as needed.
• Report any product defects or issues to the duty manager immediately.
• Manage and maintain trial/sample packs, ensuring adequate supply and reporting any shortages or damage.

Store Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of assigned areas, adhering to KKV's merchandising standards.
• Assist with general store maintenance tasks as needed.

Store Security:

• Support loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and reporting any suspicious activity.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum ’O’ Levels / ITE or equivalent. Experience in retail is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanour.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a rotating retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., POS system / Microsoft).

Account

Admin

The Market Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the SEA MM team in efficiently addressing Chain requirements and ensuring smooth operations across all aspects of the Chain business.

Generate Chain Business Review Reports:

• Regularly prepare comprehensive Chain business review reports tailored to specific Chain requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams globally or regionally to gather feedback based on the counterpart involved in the Chain meetings.
• Compile and analyze relevant data and opportunities to enhance the understanding of Chain dynamics.
• Ensure timely follow-up on Chain requests post meetings.

Monthly Chain Reporting:

• Develop and deliver monthly reports catering to the Chain's specific needs.

Assist in Chain Request Management:

• Proactively handle various Chain requests, including but not limited to:
• Coordinating with new hotel openings.
• Troubleshooting issues faced by hotels.
• Preparing data for content review, MM contact lists, and specific brand data requests.
• Managing rate disparity emails.

Maintain SEA Confluence | Chain CRM Updates:

• Regularly update the Confluence platform | Chain CRM with pertinent information related to Chain projects and Chain-specific updates.
• Assist in Chain Request Management:

SSDR Project

• MT SSDR - Follow up, verify and prepare the file to be sent to Hotel Partners
• SSDR Tracker file for all Chains to provide Chain a working file to share on their progress

What you'll Need to Succeed

• Min. 3 years’ experience in hotel reservation and coordination, revenue/yield management, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/ Hotel Managament/ Tourism and other relevant discipines.
• Detail oriented and fast learning capability
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dynamic, positive, and a good team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Relevant exposure in hotel/tourism/OTA environment will be a plus
