Job Description:
- To make annual marketing plan and budget and ensure budgets to meet its target.
- To work closely with suppliers on meeting products specifications and delivery schedule base on customers’ requirements
- To handle and follow up with feedback or claims from customers
- To work closely with sales admin team to co-ordinate on shipment arrangement
- To prepare sales/marketing reports for the management review.
- To monitor and ensure timely payment from customers
- To visit customers in overseas to build stronger business relations and enhance customers service level
- To monitor and ensure suppliers’ service and quality level are always at optimum
- To introduce and present new products to new customers.
- To negotiate with suppliers and principals on pricing and better trading terms.
- To source for new products, suppliers and contractors for business expansion and cost effectiveness.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder in any related business studies
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in Trading business.
- Experience in handling packaging / petrochemical related products are preferred, but not essential
- Knowledge in Trading business is a must
- Willing to drive to Johor Bahru/traveling overseas for business purpose when required
- Have a valid class 3 driving license

We are seeking a highly experienced and responsible Corporate Secretarial Executive to join our team. As the Corporate Secretarial Executive, you will be responsible for managing daily affairs, including administrative tasks, business activities, and communication coordination. This role requires excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and some marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file statutory documents for the company, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations set by ACRA in Singapore.
• Assist in arranging and coordinating board meetings, shareholder meetings, and prepare meeting minutes and resolutions to ensure transparency and compliance in corporate governance.
• Maintain and update statutory records, including company registration information, director and shareholder details, and shareholding changes.
• Handle the submission of annual returns, financial statements, tax filings, and registration changes to ACRA in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Possession of a university degree, preferably in accounting, corporate secretarial studies, or a related field.

Client Relationship Management:

Payroll Processing:

• Assist in processing payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

• Verify attendance, timesheets, and leave records to calculate accurate payments.

• Maintain and update employee payroll records in the system.

• Ensure all deductions (e.g., taxes, provident fund, insurance) are accurately applied.

• Stay updated on payroll regulations and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.

• Assist in preparing reports and filings for tax and statutory contributions.

Employee Support:

• Respond to payroll-related queries from employees promptly.

• Handle and resolve discrepancies or complaints related to pay.

Documentation & Reporting:
