• Relevant experience in MICE, Hospitality/Tourism or a relevant industry knowledge
• Experience in partner marketing, lead generation campaigns, events, or media buy is preferred
• Strong marketing background with a track record in strategizing, executing, and measuring performance and creative marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Develop, execute and manage highly effective advertising campaigns and media plans to drive traffic and awareness.
• Propose creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
• Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.

• Experience growing SEO traffic and organic lead acquisition. Familiar with on-site SEO best practices and knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Work with a team of executive and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the clinics and businesses units. Roles include:-

• Responsible for overseeing daily operations and manpower planning, including rostering for all clinics;
• Handle patient and client relations, complaints and related matters;
• Oversee work processes, policies, directives and SOPs and deliver high standards of efficiency, service and quality across all business units;
• Conduct reviews, quality control and drive/lead improvements and enhancements;
• Recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring and evaluation of staff;
• Budgeting, planning, submission of business proposals, performance management and risk management;
• Contribute and support business development initiatives;
• Project management and execution;
• Cover clinics and/or on-sites where required during manpower shortage;
• Establishment and maintenance of service and professional standards; and
• Audits, compliance, licensing, legal and regulatory.

Qualifications & Experience

• Recognised bachelor’s degree in business, nursing, healthcare or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year experience in a healthcare operations setting or managing a large group of people with varied experiences and competencies in a fast paced and demanding environment.
• Relevant experience will be an advantage.

Additional Information

• Working hours: 5.25 days work week, with one half day per month WFH / Required to work on either Saturday or Sunday, will be rotated within the team

Role Overview:

Support organisational operations in IT, Data Management, and Digital Media for day-to-day activities, marketing, disbursement, and fundraising campaigns.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Support

• Monitor and maintain hardware, software, network, and data systems.
• Troubleshoot and provide on-site IT support for staff and users.
• Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., WordPress, Salesforce, QuickBooks, printers, etc.).
• Set up and troubleshoot systems for meetings, events, and training.

Data Management

• Ensure data protection policies are adhered to.
• Perform routine cloud and external data backups.
• Research and recommend IT and data management solutions.

Digital Media & Marketing

• Design and edit basic images and videos for web, social media, and print.
• Strategise and manage online content to maintain quality and professionalism.
• Implement effective digital marketing strategies using platform tools.

Secondary Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support disbursement and fundraising activities.
• Provide administrative assistance (e.g., minutes-taking, follow-ups).
• Maintain donors and volunteers database.
• Assist in executing fundraising projects.

Pre-Requisites:

• Proficient in MS Windows OS, MS Office and core Microsoft solutions including OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Proficient in local and web networking and basic troubleshooting.
• Skilled in desktop image and video editing.
• Strong communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate in a team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Digital Media (1-2 years experience).
• OR Diploma in IT with 3-4 years of relevant work experience in IT support or digital media.
