• Support operational client issues, such as client onboarding, portfolio transitions, guideline compliance, etc. in collaboration with relevant internal functions.
• Support business development opportunities, marketing/sales campaigns and events, RFPs, and meeting presentations.
• Prepare and update client presentation material in PowerPoint, working with multiple parties such as the account managers, product team and compliance.

Education

• Handle full set of accounts, prepare management accounts and audit schedules
• Review subsidiary accounts and analyse variance
• Liaise with external auditor on audit matters and audit schedules
• Experience in using internet banking for payment
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
• Payroll processing

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Min 5 years in handling full set of accounts independently
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 Dynamic Business
• Proficient in Ms Excel
• Knowledge of payroll processing with Times Payroll
