The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales/Account Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Singapore.

You will work both independently and within the Singapore team, to diligently plan, organize and carry out activities that will assist the company to meet targets and meet our high expectations for quality customer service. The Sales Account Manager will focus on driving business growth by prospecting new customers, managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. About the role

Reporting to the Head of Industrial Vertical for Asia Pacific, this role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders on Industrial accounts, building long-lasting relationships and ensuring a high-level of service quality across all services.

What you will be doing

1) Perform lobbying actions

• Identify Key Account targets based in Asia Pacific region, identify decision-makers and specifiers and achieve the widest knowledge possible (activities, subsidiaries, decision structures…) for Industrial accounts
• Send sales leads to network in order to increase CEVA Logistics penetration in Asia Pacific
• Establish a referencing strategy for regional or international Industrial accounts (decision-makers, accounts mapping, lines of approach…)

2) Commercialize and argue Bollore Logistics sales offer

• Represent CEVA Logistics to Key Accounts whose reporting needs a centralized and collaborative action (multi-scope)
• Represent CEVA Logistics to lead and participate in tender process (RFP/RFI/RFQ)
• Sell the whole CEVA Logistics services supported by internal expertise
• Promote CEVA Logistics services and key Asia stations and regions

3) Provide consistent tariff offers

• Determine a tariff policy in conjunction with Middle Office and Regional Sales Management and a consistent organization between various implicated sites

The successful candidate

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Business / Logistics / Engineering

Media Specialist TAMs work hand-in-hand with Media Specialist Solutions Architecture (SA) teams in AWS Sales, with Media Specialist SAs working to understand customer needs and design relevant media solutions, Media Specialist TAMs also work closely with customers to move those solutions from conceptual design to long-term production operations. When customized solutions are needed, the Media Specialist TAM may also work closely with AWS Professional Services by representing the operational needs of the customer and aligning with the capabilities of AWS Support. While a Media Specialist TAM is not expected to develop software, a software development background is valuable in helping understand complex customer needs and drive software solutions.
Media Specialist TAMs take overall ownership of the long-term operational health of their deployed solutions and, by extension, significantly contribute to the overall success of their assigned customers. Media Specialist TAMs will also work closely with AWS Support TAMs, who will have overall TAM responsibility for AWS Enterprise Support customers. As a Senior Media Specialist TAM, you will:

• Complete the onboarding and off-boarding requirements of assigned key customers

Basic qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline required, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years experience using the public cloud as a developer, architect, technical program manager or implementer
• 4+ years technical project management, technical account management, or professional services consulting experience that includes customer-facing responsibilities
• 2+ years experience (and demonstrated credibility) working in a technical role within a software engineering-focused business
• 3+ years experience in the Media & Entertainment market segment
