Responsibilities:
· Oversee the entire event process, from conceptualization to onsite execution, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed.
· Prepare and manage event budgets and timeline, delivering on commitments to stakeholders.
· Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on event objectives and deliverables.
· Lead and mentor a team of event managers and executives, providing guidance and support to meet event requirements effectively.
· Provide regular updates to management on event progress and projects status.
Requirements:
· A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in account servicing and event management.
· Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team.
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and coordinating abilities.
· Outstanding problem-solving skills with a creative approach to challenges.
