Duties:

• Collaborate closely with the sales department to evaluate market trends, assess brand visibility, and identify customer engagement opportunities.
• Design and execute trade marketing strategies and promotional initiatives, aligning with organizational goals by leveraging insights from market analysis and consumer feedback.
• Strategically plan and manage promotional activities across multiple channels, continuously tracking and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Organize and oversee impactful in-store marketing efforts, including promotions, product displays, and other customer-facing activities.
• Explore and propose new product development opportunities, working with internal teams such as R&D, regulatory, and partner affiliates to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years experience in trade marketing in FMCG industry
• Exposure in APAC region will be a bonus

Roles & Responsibilities
