In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the invoicing process, managing client relationships for time validation, sending invoices, and ensuring the timely collection of payments. The role’s duties and responsibilities enclosed within are not an exhaustive list and are subject to change. Your manager may ask you to assist with other tasks from time to time. You will work closely and report to the Chief Operating Officer, and as a key member of our agency, you will be working closely with both our internal team and external partners to craft paid social content on creators’ platforms (TikTok). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary contact for all communication and liaison with clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators by assigning campaigns and leading in creation of proposals and briefs

• Analyse incoming briefs and ideate TikTok campaigns in partnership with creators, providing recommendations throughout the execution process
