About the Job:
We are seeking a self-driven and motivated individual as our Senior/Sales Account Executive. The incumbent will assist in closing sales within our account base. This will be achieved through effective partnership with the Delivery team. This individual will be required to learn and understand basic Enterprise HRM (Human Resource Management) and HCM (Human Capital Management) software applications knowledge. The appropriate training will be provided for the successful candidate. You will also lead your own sales opportunities.
This role will have an OTE of base salary with an attractive commission package. Permanent position with regular working hours, Mondays – Fridays.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responding to enquiries of inbound leads; qualification of leads and devise sales strategies for client closure.
· Support queries from existing and potentially new clients and wherever possible, develop new business opportunities from account management.
· Ensure there are no stoppages or churn from contract renewals and ensure that clients’ needs are catered to.
· Analyzing any usage statistics and reports to help with renewal strategy.
· Preparing pre and post sales meetings and drive the full sales process including preparation of client analysis reports, proposals and quotations etc
· Consistent and timely update of sales CRM/Pipeline systems.
· Manage and work with Marketing agencies to optimize marketing channels; tracking leads metrics for further analysis.
· Protect the integrity of the company through compliance to all policies and regulations as required by the company.
· Effectively collaborate with other departments, teams and co-workers for the smooth delivery and daily operations of the services delivery.
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Information Technologies, Human Resources, Business Studies or related qualifications.
· 2-4 years of sales support or client-facing / sales-related positions such as inside sales, telesales and/or telemarketing, human resource services sales or recruitment sales.
· Graduates with no experience, junior sales personnel or junior sales support personnel with the necessary aptitude are welcomed to apply as well.
