The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a particular focus on social media marketing, content creation, and customer engagement. This role will involve managing marketing initiatives across multiple countries, enhancing our online presence, and driving customer engagement both online and in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Caption Writing: Create compelling and engaging captions for social media posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Poster Designing: Design visually appealing posters and graphics for various marketing campaigns and social media promotions.
- Video Editing: Edit short videos tailored for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality content that captures our brand message.
- Website Management: Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
- Mobile App Management: Oversee the marketing strategies for our mobile applications, enhancing user experience and engagement.
- In-store Marketing and Promotions: Plan and implement in-store marketing strategies and promotions that drive sales and customer engagement.
- In-store Customer Service: Ensure a positive customer experience in-store, addressing inquiries and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Grooming Retail Sales Staff: Train and guide retail staff on customer service best practices and brand representation.
- Customer Database Management: Develop strategies to manage and increase our customer database effectively.
- Customer Acquisition: Implement initiatives to attract and retain new customers through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Sourcing Gift Items: Identify and procure promotional gift items to enhance customer engagement and loyalty programs.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing and promotional campaigns across various channels.
- Cross-Promotion Tie-Ups: Explore and establish partnerships for cross-promotional opportunities to expand reach.
- In-store Decoration: Oversee in-store visual merchandising and decoration to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Loyalty Program Management: Manage and enhance our loyalty program, ensuring it meets customer needs and drives repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media marketing and content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel as required for marketing initiatives and store visits.
- Experience managing multi-country marketing campaigns is a plus.
