Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the Sports & Recreation Manager in planning and running the department and all sporting activities for members.
2. Supervise the activities of the Sports & Recreation Executive/Officers to provide timely and effective services at various assigned areas.
3. Maintain and upkeep all Sports & Recreation facilities
4. Overseas daily operations of the department.
5. Train and upskill all staff, identify courses and programs.
6. Handle all the SGCC programs/events including planning, marketing and execution.
Requirements
• University Degree/Diploma in Sports Management or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Possess event management and partnership relationship management or where relevant and equivalent
• Ability to multi-task with self-driven attitude, detail-orientated and good time management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and negotiation skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
