The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Key Account Executive to assist our Key Account Manager in driving business growth and achieving our company objectives. In this role, you will coordinate administrative tasks, analyze sales data, and work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth execution of promotions, product listings, and market initiatives. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with retail and key account operations, this position is ideal for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Key Account Manager (KAM) on all aspects of administration processes and submissions of promotions and product listings
- Generate sales reports and provide necessary insights to the KAM for decision-making
- Collaborate and assist the KAM to achieve the company’s financial goals and objectives, improve market share and productivity performance measures for the company
- Monitor competitor pricing and promotions and report on market trends and category developments
- Weekly site visits to retail stores for product sharing and conduct product surveys.
- Assist retail team with atriums/pop-up
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely delivery of products/services.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum Diploma/ degree in business sales/retail, with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity ideally within the FMCG or related industry.
- Able to work independently, results-oriented with strong business acumen.
- Ability to manage tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and resilient.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams)
