What we're looking for

• Minimum a Diploma in any discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in planning, administration and coordination, preferably in the education sector
• Fluent in reading, writing and translating Mandarin for Chinese program students
• Able to meet tight deadlines and capable of managing tasks effectively in high-pressure situations

Job Responsibilities:

· Assisting to develop, maintain and update the meeting schedule to ensure timely organisation of events.

· Reserve meeting rooms and gather agendas to facilitate productive discussions.

· Coordinate Organisational Development (OD) engagements by managing logistics and ensuring seamless execution.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand event objectives and target audiences and propose innovative ideas to enhance attendee experience and engagement.

· Source and liaise with various vendors (e.g., catering, event planners)
