The Senior / Executive, IT / Cybersecurity (ITCE) will assist the Senior Manager (IT) to plan, implement and manage organisation-wide IT infrastructure and IT-related systems in Vanguard. Objectives of the position:

The Purchasing Planning Executive must be a data-driven, strong analytical skills and creative team player who can provide critical solution effectively in order to fulfil high levels of customer satisfaction in current dynamic supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities:

5. Claim Management - Process claims where defects are related to the Vendor

6. Material Master Management - To maintain and ensure Material Master in SAP up to date (Standard length, HS code, plan delivery time...)

7. Ensure the operation quality and efficiency to meet customer requirements while complying with the company policies

8. Any other ad-hoc duty or projects as assigned by Manager

Skills & Qualification:

• Minimum Certificate in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Materials/Logistics management

• More than 1 years’ experience in supply chain operations
