6. Support overseas groups and key personnel who may require trip information to make informed decisions during emergencies

Incoming Visits and Exchange Groups

1. Plan and propose hosting programmes
2. Provide guidance and support for hosting departments to guide them in hosting international guest
3. Support hosting departments with logistic and administrative arrangements in and out of school
4. Receive and host day visitors from reception to send-off
5. Troubleshoot and resolve unforeseen situations

International Scholar Admissions

1. Manage international student admissions’ data management
2. Function as point-of-contact for internationalisation matters
3. Coordinate and prepare for RI networking teams. This will include preparation of budget and necessary materials and travel arrangements with the international partners
4. Coordinate with MOE and respective foreign school partners in international scholar recruitment. This will include the administration of pre-trip correspondence, procurement of travel arrangements, and on-boarding processes,
5. Coordinate post- networking trip reports and correspondence
6. Manage correspondence and reports with the various stakeholders involved in the international scholar admissions process
7. Any other duties assigned by the school

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting and Reporting

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for the organization and consolidated entities.
• Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring all reconciliations and adjustments are completed.
• Review journal entries, general ledger, and trial balance to ensure accuracy and compliance.

2. Consolidation of Financial Statements

Qualifications and Experience:
