The Global Account Representative (GAR) is responsible managing customer relationships with global strategic accounts based in Singapore. This role also includes overseeing the customer's global footprint within a designated region, geography, or locations. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing publisher partners, providing ongoing support and optimising partnerships for mutual growth.
• Negotiate favourable partnership deals and ensure compliance with program guidelines.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Have an analytical approach whilst working on reporting and performance metrics to draw insight and make strategic recommendations to clients to optimise their affiliate program.
• Prepare regular client reports, including performance summaries, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.
• Utilise data visualisation tools to present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years digital marketing experience with a preference for 3 of these years to be in an affiliate marketing focused role or a client-facing role.
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate / partnership marketing and the best practice on how affiliate programs are managed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders. The candidate must be comfortable presenting to large groups of people and senior clients.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
