Our client is an asset management firm with an AUM of 1.5 bill equity fund. They provide good

employee benefits and company culture. There will be a three to six months’ probation period.

Responsibilities

• Capable of handling full range of fund accounting services on funds, including preparation of the Net Asset Value (NAV), cash and position reconciliation, review of corporate actions, validation of security pricing
• Able to check accuracy of fund administration services on funds and investors in compliance with the company’s service model and policies, liaising with, brokers, custodians and auditors
• Provide and maintain superior Quality of work, accuracy and adherence to task deadline.
• Participate in various system optimisation initiatives and ad-hoc projects
• Active participation in proposing solutions to complex market and settlement issues and act as liaison between custodian, administrators and trading desk with ability to multitask and prioritize resolution on priority.
• Calculate complex fees structures as set out in various agreements
• Review of periodic financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and/or US GAAP prepared by administrators and service providers.
• Review accuracy of Subscriptions and Redemptions, Switches & Transfers in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the fund offering documents performed by the transfer agent and administrator.
• Strong excel and VBA skills needed to drive automation and streamline the procedures once the business understanding is reached.
• Play active role in client on-boarding, account opening process with verification of documents sourced from different parties and to have it verified and aligned towards company’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain and remediate investor details in a centralised database and calculate trail fees based on the distributor agreements.
• Supporting the company’s anti-money laundering (AML) framework in place and working closely with various parties involved, investor, Fund admin, Transfer Agent to ensure compliance with the AML framework.
• Supporting the organization's FATCA/CRS service offering to our clients
• Demonstrate ownership of assigned work and ensure timely completion, in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, banking or finance related field
• Ideally 1 year of experience in fund administration, audit or similar role
• Intermediate to advance Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, VBA Word, Outlook).
• Understanding of securities such as equities, bonds, forwards, futures, options preferred
• Ability to work well independently as well as within a team framework.

Overview

The role will be part of the HR & Admin Department and is responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions.

Responsibilities

· Reporting to HR Manager

· Support full spectrum of HR function (such as payroll, employee engagement/relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development)

· Responsible for employee lifecycle from on to off-boarding

· Be the subject matter expert for local employment legislation and provide advisory support for the business

· Manage statutory related matters such as pass application and government claims/grants

The incumbent will primarily manage three entities, overseeing key finance and accounting responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, and Inventory functions.

Prepare and record journal entries for month-end financial close.

Conduct variance and trend analysis at the entity level.

Handle month-end and year-end closings, along with quarterly financial reporting.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accounting.

• Conduct quality checks on documents following the company’s document control procedures in an ISO-certified environment; identify and report compliance issues.
• Ensure all reports and correspondence are completed on time by relevant departments across company entities.
• Track HSEQ programs and prepare required status and tender documentation.
• Participate in incident investigations, ensuring root cause analyses and lessons learned are documented in the company’s database.
• Assist in developing and distributing Health and Safety Alerts and Incident Management communications both internally and externally.
• Contribute to fostering a proactive safety culture.
• Conduct internal audits for office and vessel operations to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma in an HSE-related field or other relevant marine discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant HSE experience, ideally in the marine, shipping, or ship repair industry.
• Strong commitment and passion for HSE practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to establish relationships with external partners.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Training and hands-on experience in occupational health, safety, and HSEQ-related tasks.
• Preferred qualifications include knowledge of ISM and ISPS codes, incident investigation methodologies, and risk management.
• Internal auditor certification for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 is highly advantageous.

A Day in the Life

• Provide level 1 helpdesk support to all PC & MAC users

What We are Looking For

• Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Previous working experience in helpdesk environment is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Office & Windows applications, and hardware troubleshooting
• Able to work beyond normal working hours (upgrade/maintenance, urgent technical issue) and support on weekend when urgent duty arise
