• Manage and support Department SharePoint, ensuring effective document management and collaboration.
• Oversee access control systems and contribute to the implementation of security measures.
• Collaborate with the broader IT team to address various IT support functions as needed.

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

Report to F&B Manager to ensure seamless execution of banquet and event involving banquet or other F&B arrangement, which includes the setup of banquets and the active internal and external coordination.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and execute the setup of banquets, ensuring a captivating atmosphere for guests.
• Provide hands-on assistance to actively support and coordinate various events.
• Arrange tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment, and other necessary elements for banquet events.
• Ensure timely and efficient setup according to event specifications.
• Guarantee the smooth flow of activities, upholding the high standards expected at the Singapore Flyer.
• Ensure a high level of service is maintained throughout events, addressing guest needs and concerns promptly.
• Assist other F&B outlets whenever needed
• Able to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.
• Any other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry. Previous experience in event coordination or related roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills and service oriented and an excellent team player
• Enjoy interaction with customers, able to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills
• Bilingual will be a plus
