Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be part of the Group Corporate Finance team and will be responsible for supporting a wide range of Finance, Treasury and related functions.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Finance Manager with tasks and activities related to Corporate Finance, Treasury, Audit, Taxation and Corporate Secretarial functions.

He/She will also be involved in preparation of Management Reports and will manage relationships with external Auditors, Tax Agents, Banks and Government Agencies (like ACRA and IRAS).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. ACCA qualification will advantageous.
• 4-6 years of work experience in generalist corporate finance/audit roles
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/activities
• Good work ethics. Willingness to learn and grow. Cross-cultural sensitivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Senior Sales Executive, you will join a dynamic team of professionals to develop, maintain and expand MSCs customer base in Singapore by promoting MSCs services as a brand, executing MSCs business plan, providing strong customer services to clients and administering Singapores daily booking prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for canvassing cargoes for Export trade lanes to achieve target lifting. Besides maintaining current clientele base and increasing MSC market presence, responsibilities include all nominations, forecasting and allocations, as well as responsiveness to all quotations, trouble shooting and handling of enquiries from customers.

Key responsibilities include the following:

• Develop new clienteles / cargo bookings through referrals, newspaper, magazines, MSCs network and telemarketing;
• Achieve close level of support with client through daily contact, regular visit and entertainment i.e lunch, dinner, etc, to secure business;
• Track destination ports controlled shipments, to obtain full details from shipper (i.e full style address, commodity, rates if any) and send as sales leads to respective Port of Discharge to secure business;
• Ensure customers know the whereabouts of shipment through MSC Internet shipment tracking and tracing system;
• Attend to customers complaint and co-ordinate with internal departments (Documentation, Operation, Finance and Cargo Flow Management) to resolve any issues and uphold our service commitment to customers.

Who We Are Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent;
• At least 5 years of Sales related function from shipping / container line;
• Strong MS Office software application;
• Portnet (preferred);
• Strong written & spoken English skill;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Customer orientated;

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Management/ Degree in Business (HR) - Fresh graduates are welcome
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a Human Resource role
• Familiarity with HR practices, process and data management in the public sector will be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English communication skills
• A hands-on who is independent, self-motivated, positive and a team player who contributes to a colloborative working environment
• Meticulous attention to details is necessary as well as the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Have a mindset of continuous improvement, recommend, and explore fresh ideas that may not have been tried and tested

Job Description & Requirements

• Provide overall assistance in safeguard the compliance of company product in term of country compliance, religion compliance as well as customer policy compliance.
• Provide technical support to perfumer, evaluator, and affiliates on product compliance queries.
• Ensure every project are setting up with appropriate and adequate product safety requirement.
• Responsible for the checking of all new formulas/projects to ensure that they comply to the regulatory requirement.
• Take care of halal certification of product.
• Take care of customer documents request including IFRA statement, product composition declaration, Halal and animal product declaration documents etc.
• Power user of GHS software in producing GHS compliance SDS for country where samples/products sending to.
• Manage customer policy information and customer survey.
• Keep abreast on regulation update and provide technical advice on how it affects our current products and future creations
• Work with affiliates on SRA project and topics.
• Assist the SRA Manager on any job-related assignment as and when required.
