The Strategic Account Manager – EPC is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key (EPC) clients to drive business growth, achieve revenue targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires deep knowledge of the EPC industry, strong business acumen, and the ability to align client needs with the company's products and services.

Account Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned EPC accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, within client organizations.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to offer tailored solutions.
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders and project teams in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinates the intrenal stakeholders including Project Sales, Inside Sales, Account Management, Representatives, Services, and Management resources to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.

Requirements

· Degree in Engineering or related studies (Electrical, Chemical Mechanical or Process)

· Work Experience in MNC and similar industry will be an advantage

· At least 10 years of relevant industrial experience

· Experience in a dynamic work environment

· Knowledge of relevant products and industries

· Technical knowledge of process automation and instrumentation

· Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and submit monthly GST and Payment to HQ Finance Controller and Tax Director for review

· Compile and submit Quarterly GST Returns to HQ Finance Controller, Tax Director and Country Manager for review and approval before submission to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore(IRAS)

· Work closely and Support HQ Finance Controller on yearly audit function with local Audit Agency. Ensure completion of Audit and filing prior to the due date

· Support HQ tax department on preparation and filing of Yearly Income Tax and ECI

· Responsible for all Account Payable and Receivable Preparation. Submit monthly aging report for local Partnerstores and Affiliate Networks

· Maintain Book keeping for MASG and GMTSS Bank account

· Prepare and provide Event expenses Report for all MASG Events

· Prepare and Submit Purchase Request Form and staff claims for review and approval

· Provide and support all administrative job assigned by Superior

· Monitor, Prepare and submit any grants, productivity and innovation credit (PIC) from IRAS which is applicable to SG Corporate Office

· Check and conduct monthly replenishment of Stationery and Panty supply

· Support assignment assigned for MASG Events

· Ad hoc assignment to be completed in timely manner

Requirements:

· Process at least A-Level or Diploma in Accounting or Professional Certification, ACCA and have relevant working experience in accounting line

· Familiar with Singapore Finance Reporting Standards, Corporate Tax and GST statutory requirements

· Experience in preparation and submission of GST, ECI and Audit

· At least 1 year of relevant of working experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, especially Microsoft Excel

· Able to work under pressure, independent with minimal supervision, self-initiative and good communication skills

· Willing to take extra duties on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays to support events

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice

Primary Roles:

· Handles sales leads and site show rounds
