We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated IT Executive to provide Level 1 IT support, manage network operations, conduct detailed data analytics, and ensure robust system User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and assist in hardware/software procurement.
