Responsibilities include preparing daily invoice, financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and supporting business decisions through budgeting and forecasting. The role involves provide full set of accounts & liaising with customer and enhancing accounting processes to support overall company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts, resolving complex accounting issues and proposing process improvements.

• Prepare journals, manage General Ledger functions, and reconcile accounts for monthly closing.

• Produce financial statements and management reports adhering to company policies.

• Analyze financial reports, provide actionable insights, and make recommendations to management.

• Report financial status to local management and Japan head office, including projections.

• Coordinate with AP offices to consolidate Profit & Loss statements for Japan head office.

• Independently perform planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

• Ensure timely completion of audits, GST filings, and tax compliance tasks.

• Establish and enforce accounting methods, policies, and principles.

• Support other departmental objectives as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Must have over 10 years of working experience

• Familiarity with ABSS or similar accounting software.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Able to multi task
