Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Engage in regular communication with clients to anticipate future needs and identify new opportunities.
• Provide technical support to clients by participating in solution development, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve client issues and optimize product performance.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive long-term business growth.
• Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and execute strategies to increase revenue.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical, and customer service teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Duties and responsibilities

• Ensure accounts payable invoices, petty cash and E-staff expenses claims (Prosoft) are processed accurately and timely.

• Ensure GST recognition is in compliance with IRAS regulations.

• To check and ensure payments are properly supported and authorized according to Group Policies and Processes.

• Prepare and update principal supplier’ reconciliation on a monthly basis.

• Handle and resolve internal and external vendors’ inquiries and issues.

• Ensure Zero unallocated payments in ERP system.

• Petty Cash management.

• Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned.

Skill Required

• Diploma or Degree qualification.

• Min. 3 – 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable.

• Independent, analytical and a positive working attitude.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Word and Excel.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Independently develop and follow up with clients, timely grasp the dynamic changes of competitors and clients, collect and analyze client information effectively until signing the contract.

2. Familiar with AWS public cloud, CDN, SDWAN, cloud security, and other products, able to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science, information technology, or related fields, with at least 2 years of relevant industry sales experience preferred.

2. Prioritize candidates with customer resources related to e-commerce, internet, gaming, entertainment, and other industries expanding overseas.

3. Proficient in cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and other related fields of expertise and experience.

4. Familiar with cloud computing, CDN, security, and other products, able to provide the best solution based on client application scenarios, able to understand client needs and provide effective sales advice.

5. Strong sales skills and negotiation ability, able to drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.

6. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with clients, cloud vendors, and internal teams.

7. Market insight and client development capabilities, able to expand new clients and maintain existing client relationships.

JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY

1. Identify and maintain a set of clients and extend existing relationships. Understand client very well by
   • Knowing client’s business operations
   • Client’s environment, location
   • Client’s pest issues and concerns
   • Client’s contacts, decision makers
2. To be able to maintain a high level of product & service knowledge all the time so as to be able to upsell/ extend customer’s businesses
3. Plan, track & document key action points for each client and report to management

• eg. No of calls, visits, suggestion for new/ additional products/ services, corporate gifts, invitation to events
• Maintain proper records of contacts and other documents on sales software and service software
• Monitor and preemptively conduct contract renewals
• Submit regular reports covering sales activities, performance and plans

1. Ensure positive client experience by ensuring positive experience in customer communication and smooth operation for the services rendered
2. Follow and drive forecasted sales targets

• Create quotes, contracts & convert sales
• Conduct site survey for new clients and build relationships with new clients
• Assist in pushing new campaigns and products / services that will lead to an increase in sales or enhance existing relationships
• Assist in collecting data for analysis

1. Aid in service operation: If due to unforeseen circumstances that operations fail to meet client’s demands, account reps must personally handle the situation which may include
   • Organise internal meetings with different stakeholders, eg. Accounts, entomologists, technicians etc. to resolve client issues
   • carry out basic pest control work
   • conduct inspections
   • write basic reports
   • personally look for suitable technician / entomologists for help
   • assign jobs
   • assist in payment collection
   • prepare client documentation
   • Work closely with the Service Team to ensure the rollout of specific marketing plans

Admin cum Account Assistant (AR & AP)

$2,500 – $3,500 per month

Working at Woodlands Avenue 12

Working Hour: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Saturday Alternate (Half Day)

Responsibilities:

• Provides back-up to the Account Manager on all clerical functions, as needed.
• Assist on the month-end closing procedures to meet monthly deadlines.
• Assist on other accounting projects as needed.
• Process high volume in payment transaction (AR & AP).
• Able to work independently.
