Human Resource Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll regularly
• To ensure compliance of Employment Act and taxation policy.
• Handle all administrative duties relating to HR matters and claims.
• Manage work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation etc.
• Responsible for application, renewal and maintaining licensing with various government bodies

The Account Management team is a sales team that is part of Meta’s Small & Medium Business Group. This team is focused on connecting every business in the world with their customers on Meta platforms and then helping them grow through solutions like Facebook Pages and Advertising.
Account Managers are directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients grow their own business results on Meta through consultation, education, and support. Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Meta's digital marketing solutions for small and medium clients and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
• Work with small and medium clients to improve the performance of their overall campaigns on Meta platforms
• Grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with small and medium clients, and manage complex relationships
• Demonstrate vertical expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• 3+ years of experience in account management, brand management, performance marketing, digital marketing, sales or consulting
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in Vietnamese language & knowledge of Vietnam market are essential as the role requires to manage local accounts & communicate business strategy in local language
