As a Technical Account Manager, you are responsible for the technical implementation of all projects assigned to you. You are the primary contact for the user on all technical matters, and you function as an intermediary between the user and the different departments within Skyline.

• You will take ownership of the full technical implementation of your projects.
• You will become your customer’s primary contact for all technical matters related to your projects.

• You will ensure sufficient documentation of all technical requests to other Skyline departments to guarantee the efficient implementation of all technical aspects of your project.
• You will troubleshoot all technical issues that affect project delivery.
• You will perform quality assurance from a functional perspective on all technical features in your projects.
• You will create and maintain all required project documentation for acceptance, hand-over, and internal presentation procedures.

• Profound knowledge of HFC broadband, IPTV, broadcast and satellite systems
• Profound knowledge of TCP/IP (firewalls, routers, …), multithreading, web services, and .Net Remoting
• Experience with HTML, XML, client-server systems and SNMP
• Familiar with software programming
• Strong affinity with MS Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of MySQL and Apache Cassandra is an asset

The Strategic Account Manager – EPC is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key (EPC) clients to drive business growth, achieve revenue targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires deep knowledge of the EPC industry, strong business acumen, and the ability to align client needs with the company's products and services.

Account Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned EPC accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements

· Degree in Engineering or related studies (Electrical, Chemical Mechanical or Process)

· Work Experience in MNC and similar industry will be an advantage

· At least 10 years of relevant industrial experience

· Experience in a dynamic work environment

· Knowledge of relevant products and industries

· Technical knowledge of process automation and instrumentation

Key Responsibilities:

ACF is looking for a candidate with excellent communications and interpersonal skills who is passionate about contributing to the social impact sector to manage philanthropic impacts funds championed by our partner, =Dreams.

Reporting to the Development Director, the Account Director will focus on deepening partnerships and driving engagement efforts as ACF continues to grow and evolve. This includes activating philanthropic funding through events, communications and donor management. Nurturing pipelines, cultivating relationships with individuals, and working in collaboration with colleagues to guide new donors through their giving process at ACF. ● Work closely in consultation with Portfolio Lead to engage and activate prospective donors

● Cultivate pipeline of new prospective donors into portfolio of funds

● Work closely with social impact partners to better understand and promote their cause

● Contribute to ACF’s annual donor development and fundraising plans and collaborate on execution efforts

● Identify potential partners and manage communications with donors both within your portfolio of funds and others where relevant.

● Foster ongoing relationships with donors by working in consultative manner to understand needs and interests to support with strategic connection to organisations and ACF solutions as appropriate

● Build pipelines for new donors through participation in events, workshops, and leveraging partnerships with banks, intermediaries, other organisations
