• Issue invoices
• Prepare import & export shipping documents
• Liaise with shipping agents
• Other ad hoc job duties assigned
• Good communication in English and proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese (to handle queries from Mandarin/Chinese-speaking shipping agents in regard to shipping matters)
• Good working attitude, meticulous & independent
• The workplace is located in Tuas, and company transport is provided from Jurong East MRT
• Alternate Saturday off
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably, the entry-level should specialize in logistics/supply chain or equivalent.
