Responsibilities:

• Assist to brainstorm trade marketing strategies with sales and brand teams.
• Working with external agency to create and develop promotional and marketing materials that are align with the brand and retailer guidelines.
• Coordinate with brand and sales team on execution.
• Conduct market visits regularly to monitor competitor activities and strategized marketing plans with the team.
• Assist with monthly marketing budgeting reports and filling.
• Assisting with market surveys
• Review promotions executive to ensure profitability.
• Other adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or similar capacity will be a plus
• Willing to travel within Singapore to conduct store visits
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Comfortable with market data analysis (AC Nielsen, Internal Sales Data)
• Self-motivated and takes initiative.

You will work with the Business Office Manager in studying, planning, organising, establishing, and implementing policies and procedures, and internal controls for all billing, account follow up and financial counselling activities. You will ensure that all services are billed, and that claims are made accurately and timely. Additionally, you are required to monitor outstanding bills, work with various parties to recover the outstanding amounts as well as handle billing and payment enquiries. You are responsible to prepare summaries, reports and statistics as required.

· Degree in any discipline.

· Accounting knowledge and experience in healthcare will be an advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge in SAP/ Maxcare /OAS will be an advantage

Background:

You will be working with the team in managing international engagements on the processing of requests (e.g. speaker invites, invitation to attend conferences / events etc)

· Corresponding directly with liaison officers from the requesting party to clarify details and seek more information, before putting up a recommendation.

· Asist with maintaining of records relating to international engagements and correspondences.

· Assist with managing and execution of major events involving international participants / visitors, as well as managing foreign visitors to the organisation.

· Diploma in any field.

· Experienced in events management or hosting international delegates will have an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the admissions, marketing and communication department.
2. Updating admissions files as well as supporting internal administration tasks related to event management and marketing activities etc.
3. Comply with NLCS (Singapore) and EduTrust standards in all documentation.
4. Assist in preparations for school events and campus tours.
5. Assist with document preparation for internal audits, statutory audits and process reviews.
6. Assist with the administrative preparations for new joiners
7. Provide support to the assessment team when necessary
8. Act in accordance with relevant legislation in Singapore, as well as UK guidelines, particularly with regards to educational provision, health and safety initiatives and child safeguarding and ensure that all students and staff maintain these standards.
