• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and planning of budgets. Monitor and report on budget variances. Develop financial forecasts to support strategic planning.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Industrial Vertical for Asia Pacific, this role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders on Industrial accounts, building long-lasting relationships and ensuring a high-level of service quality across all services.

What you will be doing

1) Perform lobbying actions

• Identify Key Account targets based in Asia Pacific region, identify decision-makers and specifiers and achieve the widest knowledge possible (activities, subsidiaries, decision structures…) for Industrial accounts
• Send sales leads to network in order to increase CEVA Logistics penetration in Asia Pacific
• Establish a referencing strategy for regional or international Industrial accounts (decision-makers, accounts mapping, lines of approach…)

2) Commercialize and argue Bollore Logistics sales offer

• Represent CEVA Logistics to Key Accounts whose reporting needs a centralized and collaborative action (multi-scope)

• Sell the whole CEVA Logistics services supported by internal expertise

3) Provide consistent tariff offers

Role Description:

We’re looking for a highly skilled and client-focused Premium Account Manager to join our team. As a Premium Account Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our high value client relationships, providing personalized support, exception service to both new and existing high net worth buyer/seller clients. Your role will involve hunting new clients and managing existing clients, facilitating their buying, selling and leasing requirements together with our Resident Agents.

Job Scope:

• Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key premium clients, ensuring their property aspirations and needs are met and exceeded. Act as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
• Account Growth: Maintain and acquire client database of HNWI, home offices and private funds managers with property transaction or investment needs.
• Strategic Business Development: Identify and collaborate with Developers, private banks, investment funds, create customized solutions for different client’s needs
• Retention & Engagement: Manage engagement program, private invite-only events/seminars for new and existing clients to keep company at top of mind.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Resident Agents and cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of services and client success.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in account management, client servicing, or a related field, preferably with experience managing high-value or premium clients.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Client-Centric: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex client issues effectively.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry Knowledge: experience in real estate industry will be advantages. RES license not required but will be a bonus.

Renumeration:

Salary: Competitive base salary

Incentive: Attractive sales commission structure with high earning potential based on performance

Duties and responsibilities

• Check, tally AR daily Collection on bank statement, cash book.

• Prepare Monthly AR Aging Report and generate Customer Statement of Accounts.

• Monitor customer activities through our Fleetnetic system.

• Follow up closely for customer aging with sales team.

• Check coding and post invoices from Fleetnetic system into Autoline.

• Prepare monthly bulk collection and monitor collection status.

• Monitor AR balance for both Autoline and Fleetnetic system.

• Perform Monthly billing to all inter-company (Recoverable, Rental and other ad-hoc billing).

• Update Interco AR transactions.

• Updating Outstanding balance for insurance and monitor Interco collection.

• Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned.

Skill Required

• GCE O levels or Diploma qualification.

• Min. 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.

• Independent, analytical and a positive working attitude.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Good time management and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high voluminous transactions to meet deadlines.

• Good team player with good communication and initiative.

• Performed detailed work with accuracy and speed.

• This position may required to communicate with counter part in China

1. Sales Generation:Identify and engage potential clients through methods such as cold calling, networking, and market research.
   Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
   Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
   
2. Client Relationship Management:Establish and nurture strong, positive relationships with clients.
   Understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and clearly articulate the value of our printing and IT services.
   Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
   
3. Market Research and Analysis:Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
   Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
   
4. Quotation and Proposal Preparation:Prepare precise and competitive price quotations and proposals.
   Effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products and services.
   
5. Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
   Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
   

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
2. Prior sales experience in IT, office automation, or related industries is an advantage.
3. Demonstrated initiative and a drive for excellence in a dynamic environment.
4. Proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
5. IT-savvy; owning a vehicle is preferred.
6. Passionate about engaging with clients and delivering exceptional service.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
