The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts fulfillment.
• Responsible for reviewing and drafting of contract terms and conditions.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions
• Handling of L/C documentation and relevant documents

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Finance/Accounting or relevant education qualification
• Min. 2 years’ experience in similar capacity in trading house / shipping company
• Familiar with incoterms and contract law

Responsibilities

• Employee Orientation and HR reimbursement.
• Conduct first level screening and coordinate interview arrangement.
• Process monthly employees' commissions and payroll Times Cloud / Infotech System.
• Prepare monthly HR and Admin reports for management.
• Report and work with Group HR Manager in planning, development, implementation of policies, procedures, processes, and ad-hoc HR projects.

Requirements

• Familiar with HRIS system is a must.

Job Responsibilities

• Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system in an accurate manner.
• Quaterly GST filling and tax submission.
• Perform full set account.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
• To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The HR Executive will support our Human Resources department in various administrative functions. The HR Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including handling accreditation matters. Payroll Processing:

• Handle staff queries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
