The Global Account Representative (GAR) is responsible managing customer relationships with global strategic accounts based in Singapore. This role also includes overseeing the customer's global footprint within a designated region, geography, or locations. Responsibilities

• Overseeing all OTX channel activities in Singapore and supporting regional expansion efforts in the pharmacy and optical (P&O) channels.
• To ensure the successful execution of projects, track performance against KPIs, and drive growth in pharmacy and optical channels.
• Project Management: Manage all OTX projects in Singapore, ensuring timely and successful execution. Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of OTX activities, including completion of documents for internal approval and monitoring of activity milestones.

Requirements

• Experience in the pharmacy, opticians and optometrists space is an advantage.
• Experience in digital media (digital advertising, SEO and social media). If he/she has the experience with e-commerce is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure performance against KPIs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Role and Responsibilities
