Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal adjustments, and ensure adherence to service standards.
• Perform compliance checks on transactions to ensure alignment with relevant regulations.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and management reports regularly.
• Assist in audit exercises by preparing audit schedules and facilitating the audit process.
• Monitor and maintain service standards, continuously seeking areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback for SOP reviews and contribute to process enhancement.
• Handle statutory reporting requirements.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing accounts for an organization with IPC status.
• Strong attention to detail, able to work independently with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of FRS and Charity Accounting Standards.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Competent in MS Word and Excel; experience with WorkDay ERP system is a plus.

• Able to adapt and work fast in a fast-paced and changing environment.
