• Co-ordinate with Line and prepare Accounting Journals, verifying controls, accuracy, completeness of supporting documents
• Check journals prepared by Shared Services team
• Involve in daily operational matters such as bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
• Prepare monthly financial Reports, refresh and check closing templates
• Work with Interco Finance teams to ensure that accruals and Interco balances are in sync
• Work with Line for prompt recording of Interco invoices
• Assist in P/L Budget
• Attend to Budget and Accounting Separation queries, preparation of budgeting templates for upload
• BPC uploads for budgets/extraction
• Maintenance of mapping file
• Retrieve and provide supporting documents to Auditors
• Check audit schedules prepared by shared service team
• Assist in the preparation of Quarterly GST reports, ensuring statutory compliance
• Assist in Income tax computation for review by tax team
• Assist in the preparation of MAS returns (monthly, semi annual and annual)
• Assist in all payment and invoicing requirements e.g. raising payment memos; advising AP team on invoices etc

Skills for Success

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years work experience in financial accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge with SAP & BPC system will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently

Key Role Responsibilities

• Providing IT technical and administrative support for a variety of company software application and company hardware including setup & troubleshooting

• Providing technical support in pre- and post-implementation and maintenance for existing systems and IT related projects

• Conducting training to staffs when required

• Continuously analysing, identifying & executing value creation opportunities for our Integrated IT system

• Working closely with relevant stakeholder for IT related improvement and issues

• Basic knowledge in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration

• Server and infrastructure knowledge

• Working on Ad hoc projects and other IT related matters

Requirements

• Preferably Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT work experience.

• Possess knowledge and Experience in IT infrastructure such as ERP system optimisation, managing ERP enhancement requirements, servers etc

• Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Products with emphasis on Windows and Office programs

• Able to multi-task and have good time management skills

• Able to develop a good working relationship with all levels of users

Responsibilities

• Administration & execution of monthly payroll in a timely manner and other related activities such as Tax Clearance, income tax submission and CPF submission.

• Able to do payroll with info tech system

• Generalist function that covers HR Administration, Payroll, Recruitment, Leave Administration and Training.

• Monitor all HR related matters and ensure that HR practices are compliant with MOM regulations.

• Work-pass related matters such as application, renewal and cancellation including Spass

• Manage Foreign workers matters including accommodation & any HR related matters

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records and documentation

• Process staff/worker training applications and filing for training grants
Timely submission of legislated leave claims (Child Care, Maternity, IR21 and NS Claims etc.)

• Assist in processing medical / insurance claims.

• Manage & communicate with relevant authorities & government departments such as MOM, NEA, MTI, MOH, etc in matters relating to HR & Company

• Strong knowledge on the procedures of recruiting foreign employees and Singapore employment regulations.

• Familiar with MOM regulations and handle foreign employee issue resolution.

• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience

• Knowledge of local employment laws
