Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs.
• Managing multiple marketing projects concurrently, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with internal & external teams, including creative, digital, and strategy, to ensure alignment on project goals and execution.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify potential challenges and implement solutions to mitigate risks and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, campaign performance, and account growth to clients and management.
• Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to assess needs and recommend strategies for improvement and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies to enhance service offerings.
• Responsible for the on-site management of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices, procedures & local legislation.
• Responsible to Support on-site troubleshooting if customer request.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of construction related
• Experience and knowledged in IT Telecommunication Sector
• Diploma or Degree in business / account
• Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency
• Strong leadership skills
• BCSS Cert required.

• Full set of accounts such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and audit schedules.
• Timely submission of monthly reports.
• Focus on purchase management streamlines the purchasing and inventory control process of an organization for greater efficiency and lower costs.
• Monitor cash flow file and maintain cash controls.
• Accounts Receivable - Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue payments.
• Accounts Payable - Arrange for management approvals and process payments in respect of vendors & staff reimbursements.
• Maintain proper fixed assets register.
• Ensure inter-company transactions and balances are reconciled regularly.
• Liaising with internal & external auditors on audit requirements for the year-end statutory audit.
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks given.
• Perform any ad-hoc accounting / financial tasks as may be assigned.

Skillsets

• Candidates should possess at least a CAT/ACCA Level 2/Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Candidates should have at least 2 years of working experience in handling full sets of accounts, preferably in technology/manufacturing/machinery leasing industry.
• Proficient in ERP and Odoo system.
• Meticulous with strong analytical skills and able to multi-task.
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.
• Able to start work within short notice period.

Havas Play, our Social, PR, Content and Experiential Events division of Havas Singapore, is looking for a Senior Account Executive with at least 1-2 years of background in integrated content and/or communications background (e.g. social media, public relations), preferably in an agency setting.

You will be working with a team of hybrid consultants in the planning and executing of integrated social media and PR/communications strategies for a range of client accounts.

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in developing and executing integrated social media and PR/communications strategies for a range of client accounts across sectors and scope (i.e. earned, owned, and paid media)

Responsible for tasks such as:

• campaign ideation
• content development (social media content planning, press releases, thought-leadership articles)
• media pitching
• crisis communications
• community management
• media monitoring
• social listening
• performance marketing
• social media performance analysis, and more
• Be at the forefront of relationships with key clients to establish mutual partnerships, and act as their brand guardian; understand their needs and business challenges to propose strategies that will help achieve their business goals
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of account operations

Requirements for this role:

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines; or relevant work experience
• At least 1-2 years of experience with social media management and/or PR/communications; prior agency experience will be a plus
• Understand content application across all major social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and/or the local (earned) media scene
