Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, customer-focused relationships.
• Enhance contract renewal rates by ensuring an optimal user experience throughout the contract term.
• Conduct weekly meetings to understand client feedback and requirements.

Campaign Strategy and Analysis:

• Oversee digital campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, and YouTube.

Continuous Improvement:

• Use client feedback and campaign data to suggest optimizations and more effective campaign strategies.

New Initiatives:

• Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand client accounts.

Coordination and Reporting:

• Collaborate with internal teams to align on client goals and strategies.
• Provide detailed reports to clients on account performance and recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in digital marketing, specifically in Facebook, Google, and YouTube campaigns.
• Customer Orientation: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret campaign data and make client-specific recommendations.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of your industry is essential.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
• Advanced skills in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce)
• Experience with A/B testing tools and methods
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques
• Understanding of HTML/CSS for minor website adjustments
• Competence in managing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for quick editing tasks

Your responsibilities include:

• Engage & coordinate with project’s stakeholders for design and permitting inputs to enable timely and quality deliverables
• Coordinates site inspection and authority clearances
• Project management from start to handover, including authorities submission, project procurement preparation and detailing

What you will need:

• Enthusiastic individuals with good team spirit
• A recognised relevant university degree in Architecture
• Minimum 3 years’ post-graduate experience in Architectural schematic design, design development, tender documentation and project administration of various size and types of projects (Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for senior role)
• Good portfolio of project work
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Possess good knowledge of local building codes and regulations, authority requirements and compliance ability

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle full set of accounts (AP/AR/GL), ensuring timely & accurate recording of transactions

- Intercompany balances & transactions reconciliation

- Month-end closing processes including accounts closing, schedules, reconciliations and management reports

- Prepare consolidation reporting packs bi-annually & annually

- Prepare & reconcile quarterly GST returns

- Analyze management reports, trends/fluctuations, collaborating across departments to support company objectives

- Cash flow management

- Ensure timely preparation & submission of required statistical reports to authorities

- Liaise closely with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretariat on audit & filing matters

- Prepare regulatory filing report, annual financial statements & corporate tax

- Support and ensure compliance with all filing requirements

- Participate in system enhancements & implementations, along with continuous process redesign & improvements

- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

- ACCA, Degree in Accountancy or related field

- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in related areas

- Delivery focus and work well under pressure and tight timelines

- Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced dynamic environment

- A team player & self starter with a strong initiative

- Strong financial analytical & problem solving skills

- Meticulous & detailed oriented

- Committed, confident personality with strong communication & interpersonal skills

- Strong working knowledge of IFRS

- Proficient in MS Applications with advanced Excel skills

- Experience with MYOB/ABSS experience is a plus
