The Offensive Engineering Analyst will be responsible to conduct vulnerability assessment/penetration tests of Income internal/external web, mobile and web service applications and execute simulated security testing against corporate web applications, networks, and infrastructure. 1. Responsible for the full sets of financial statements for the subsidiary companies and ensure monthly financial reports and schedules the financial statements are prepared accurately and timely

2. Perform daily accounting and finance duties including AR, AP processes, GL, tax, and bank reconciliation

3. Prepare monthly cash flow projection, annual budget and ad-hoc forecast

4. Prepare statutory filings including financial statements and tax related (corporate and GST)

5. Liaise with the auditors to ensure timely completion of audit and preparation of audited financial statements

6. Ensure effective management and internal controls are in place

7. Any other assignments or duties assigned

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting with professional qualification preferred

2. Minimum 2-5 years working experience preferably in the real estate sector

3. Possess strong analytical skills, meticulous with high level of integrity

4. Able to multi-task, cope with urgent request and have worked in a fast pace environment

5. Proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility, committed & possess a "can do" attitude

6. Good oral and written communications

7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) and Cognos will be an advantage

8. Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)

9. Flexible, an inquisitive mind and keen to learn and pick up new finance work
